I am a certified integrative nutrition holistic health and Dharma (life purpose) coach as well as a yoga and pilates instructor.

My work is to guide and empower high functioning women to overcome their limiting patterns and beliefs by upleveling their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health in order to increase their self love and self confidence to embody their highest self and ultimately be the change they wish to see in the world.

My holistic approach to coaching and healing is shaped from my own personal health challenges and experiences combining eastern and western methodologies that I have learned over the years to help optimize a person’s health and wellbeing, focused on their bioindividual needs. Having lived and worked in Asia in a five star hotel company within the Spa and Wellness division for over 6 years coupled with my nutrition, anatomy and movement training has provided me with a vast array of experience and knowledge in various healing modalities which I share with my clients. Emotional health and healing, feminine embodiment work and learning how to balance the masculine and feminine energies within are also key focus areas where I coach and support my clients through their own transformational journey.

We take a deep dive together using functional medicine principles while focusing on important lifestyle factors, to address the root causes, rather than the symptoms, of your ailments, understanding the interconnectedness of it all. By learning how to properly nourish your body, on and off the plate, you will not only optimize your physiology but also uplevel your mental, emotional and spiritual health.

I provide my clients with the knowledge, practical skills and tools to empower them to curate their own self-healing toolbox as well as the necessary accountability to propel them forward in their aligned direction to create and sustain their desired change.
